The Kelkin Revive - Order of Merit 2012

The Kelkin Revive Order of Merit (OOM) is your chance to experience life ‘on tour’. Accumulate points throughout the season, climb the Order of Merit Table, qualify for the Order of Merit PlayOffs and ultimately secure an invite to the TopGolfer Tour Championship.

1. Every TopGolfer Tour Event carries a pot of OOM Points.
2. Competitors at every event are awarded OOM Points based on where they finish in the field and these points accumulate throughout the season.
3. There is no limit to the number of events competitors can enter to earn OOM Points.

1. The winner of the Kelkin Revive Order of Merit after all the Tour Events are complete, automatically qualifies for the TopGolfer Tour Championship. (Please note that this is the competitor who finishes with the most number of TopGolfer OOM Points without winning a Tour Event - Tour Event winners automatically qualify for the Tour Championship).
2. Next, the remaining top 30 competitors in the Order of Merit (excluding tour event winners) will be invited to compete in the Order of Merit PlayOffs.

1. The Order of Merit PlayOffs are an 18-hole event to be played the week before the Tour Championship.
2. As a Championship Event, there will be 40,000 OOM points up for grabs. The objective is to secure as many TopGolfer OOM Points from the event as possible.
3. The winner of the PlayOff will qualify to stay on for the weekend and compete in the Tour Championship (that is the winner of the 18-hole event).
4. At the end of the Order of Merit Play-Off, all competitors will be allocated TopGolfer OOM Points as determined by their finishing position.
5. Finally, the top 3 players on the Order of Merit, after the PlayOff, qualify for the Tour Championship.
6. In total, five players from the TopGolfer Order of Merit will win a place at the Tour Championship;

1. Winner of OOM after all Tour Events
2. Winner of OOM PlayOff
3. Top 3 on OOM Table after all Tour Events and PlayOff Event.

To participate in the Kelkin Revive Order of Merit, competitors must purchase an Order of Merit Bag Tag. These are be available to buy at our events or on our web site. Anyone who purchases a bag tag will receive credit for the last event they played in prior to purchase. The deadline to buy an Order of Merit Bag Tag is Monday, 16th July 2012.

TYPES OF TOUR EVENT There are 2 types of event on the TopGolfer Tour in 2012.

Full Tour Event These events are staffed by the TopGolfer team, with player packs and prizes provided by TopGolfer.

Championship Event These include our Championship Events (details to be announced) and our Kelkin Revive Order of Merit PlayOffs.
